Volunteering in officesPBI depends almost entirely on the commitment and good will of its growing band of volunteers. If you have some time to spare and skills to share, there are opportunities for you to help by volunteering or interning in our offices in London, UK, and Washington DC, USA. The energy and dedication of capable office interns can make a huge impact. In PBI offices, the work includes:
At the PBI-UK offices in London, volunteers work with existing groups in PBI to prepare new materials, exhibitions and put on events. Interns at the International Office in London collect and put together information for our annual report, send out updates to our country groups, as well as working on the day to day tasks that keep PBI running. In the Washington, DC-based Internship Program, PBI interns take responsibility for substantial projects, as well as providing general administrative assistance. |
