9. Steve Molnar with Innu children in classroom Previous slide | Index | Next slide

PBI trainers spent nine days in Utshimassits meeting with people and conducting non-violence workshops with children and adults. This is PBI volunteer Steve Molnar doing a workshop on anger with children in the school.

In September 1994, there were fears that the RCMP would forcibly resume court proceedings, and PBI was asked to return. The NAP team spent two weeks in both Utshimassits and Sheshashit, being present in case of a confrontation and learning more about the issues of justice and healing from the Innu experience.
