Support PBIVolunteers members and supporters play a vital role in all aspects of PBI’s work in the country groups, projects and in the International Secretariat. Why become a supporter of PBI?One of the main reasons people support PBI is perhaps because they are looking for practical ways in which they can contribute to building an alternative to violence. Every new supporter is another link in the chain that helps our our field volunteers protect threatened human rights defenders. More supporters mean that our existing work is stronger and we can respond to the many requests we receive from other areas of the world. You can make a difference. Your support is important to us. You can be as active as you want. Some supporters only want to be kept up to date with our work. Others contribute their skills and experience in ways that fit in with their lives. Some of us find that the work that PBI does is so important that they feel drawn to volunteer on a team. How do I become a supporter?
